The villa is distributed over three connected floors, with independent access to each, and has 7 double bedrooms, including a suite with dressing room, private bathroom and a solarium terrace of 90 m².

- First floor: Living room with kitchen, bar, wine cellar, two bedrooms, a bathroom and direct access to the garden, swimming pool and barbecue.

-1st floor: Large living room, large terrace, main kitchen with utility room, bedroom and a space with two folding beds.

-2nd floor: Suite with private bathroom, dressing room and solarium terrace, plus three additional bedrooms sharing bathroom and terrace.

The surroundings offer mountain routes and excursions to places such as the Viñuela reservoir, the village of Comares, and the famous caves of Nerja.

The villa can be rented by floors according to the number of people. In addition, we follow strict cleaning protocols and leave 24 hours between bookings for the safety of our guests.
